			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Blogs have become another avenue for promoting your business. They are great tools, but only if you follow the rules. I have two rules when it comes to small business owners operating blogs.</p>
<p>1. <strong>Be willing to commit to at least one blog entry every month</strong>. Better would be several times a week. If you can&#8217;t commit to once per month, please do not start a blog.</p>
<p>2. <strong> If you are going to allow comments on your blog, you must be willing to monitor them. </strong>No matter what software you use, people will still be able to post inappropriate content unless you stop them. Either have someone (you?) in mind to remove inappropriate content, or don&#8217;t enable comments.</p>
